Logistics problems

Every day, we will provide services to hundreds of customers around the world, and we will cooperate with local logistics companies with quicker time and better service to ensure that we always provide you with the highest level of response.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: order verification, quality inspection and packaging. Within 48 hours after placing the order, all orders will be sent to the transfer center for distribution.

Delivery time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be transported from our transshipment center to their destination. Depending on the transfer to the local delivery, it usually takes about 1 working day. Taiwan will be distributed by [Black Cat Delivery Service], and most of Southeast Asia will be distributed by DHL. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take 3 to 5 days to reach their destination, but sometimes it may take longer. If your order has to be shipped to a more remote location, it will take about 7 to 10 days to reach your destination, but sometimes it may take longer.
